United Airlines - Embargo on ZED leisure travel and MIBA duty travel

Due to a conversion to a new pricing system, and the transition of myIDTravel to the new pricing service, United will be placing an NIET TICKETING embargo on all ZED and ID00 tickets that are booked through myIDTravel next Wednesday and Thursday, 19 October and 20 October.

During this time, it will not be possible to book new tickets for travel on United. However, any tickets already purchased can still be used.

We strongly encourage any staff planning to travel on United on 19 or 20 October to purchase their ZED or ID00 tickets in advance for the desired flights.

Additionally, if they believe they may have a difficult time with a specific routing, we encourage them to purchase back-up routes for this period of time, and then request a refund of any unused tickets.
