Postponed Embargo for travel on United Airlines
Due to technical issues in the conversion to the new pricing system, United's previously communicated conversion of myIDTravel to the new system today, and resulting ticketing embargo, has been postponed.
It is currently scheduled for next Thursday (27 October).
As a result, the NIET ticketing embargo on myIDTravel will be placed around mid-day (Central time) on Wednesday (26 October), and will be removed on Thursday (27 October) when the conversion and testing is completed. As a reminder, all NIET tickets already issued can still be used, so we encourage booking travel by all staff prior to the embargo going into effect.
Kindly note that through this period of time the Air Canada Employee Call Centre will not be able to assist for manual ZED bookings and employee will need to wait until the United Airlines conversion is completed.
