New travel products this year!

The Employee Travel Team is announcing two new products that will be included as part of the annual pass refresh: The Premium Bundle and the Award Bundle.

Premium Bundle

The premium bundle is an amalgamation of all remaining positive space (POS) Y cabin type passes on your profile. The passes in the Premium bundle have no expiry dates and will remain in the employee’s profile until used. Unused POS passes in this bundle, will transition with the employee into their retirement. If you happen to be gifted a POS  Y cabin pass type throughout the year, it will be added to your Premium bundle.

Award Bundle

The award bundle is an amalgamation of all the remaining positive space J cabin type passes awarded for milestone service anniversaries (25 years and beyond), the Excellence Award, the Dialogue Award and the Award of Bravery in your profile at the time of refresh. Should employees reach further milestones for service anniversaries, these will be added to your Award Bundle. Should an employee become the recipient of the Excellence Award, the Dialogue Award or the Award of Bravery these too will be added to your Award Bundle.

All unused POS passes, in either the Premium or Award bundle, will transition with you into your retirement.

Note that the annual pass refresh will occur the weekend of Jan. 14, 2023. As a result, your travel profiles will be updated with your 2023 travel pass privilege allotments and new bundles as described above on Jan. 16, 2023, if applicable.

Any trips flown on or before Jan. 14, 2023, will be deducted from your 2022 allotment. Any trips reconciled and flown on or after Jan. 14, 2023, will be deducted from your 2023 pass privilege allotment.
