Annual Pass Refresh
Employee Travel is pleased to announce that the annual pass refresh will take place during the weekend of Jan. 13, 2024.
This means your travel profiles will be updated with your 2024 travel pass privilege allotments on Jan. 14, 2024.
- Any trips reconciled (billed) on or before Jan. 13, 2024, will be deducted from your 2023 allotment.
- Any trips reconciled (billed) on or after Jan. 14, 2024, will be deducted from your 2024 pass privilege allotment.
