Updated Departure Process from Bangkok on Stand-by

Following a new immigration law that came in effect last summer, all staff MUST proceed to our check-in counter to be assigned a seat, before proceeding to the gate.

This policy applies to those connecting in Thailand as well.

Failure to comply may result in fines, difficulties in clearing immigration, temporary confiscation of travel documents by Thai authorities and/or refusal of entry into Thailand.

It is always recommended that you travel with backup tickets using Other Airline(s).
