ACV Friends and Family Program updates

The Air Canada Vacations website is in the process of being updated and as a result, the creation of new Friends and Family accounts is temporarily unavailable from today, Dec. 3 to Dec. 5, 2024.

After that freeze has ended, the link to the Friends and Family program will be modified, and your friends and family to reset their password when logging in. You’ll be able to send them the new link by accessing your Friends and Family account on the ETS and selecting the "Manage Profile" option.
