Temporary check-in requirements for other airline passengers (February 18 - June 2025)

Starting February 18, 2025-travelers from other airlines must check in at Alaska Airlines ticket counters until our new express check-in system is fully launched.

Online and mobile app check-in will be unavailable for these passengers at this time.
Please allocate additional time for in-person check in at the airport.

We expect online and mobile check in to be restored for partner airline guests by the end of June 2025.

Check-in deadlines

All passengers: Check- in must be completed at least 50 minutes prior to departure.
