Update on how to access ETS for active employees / ETS outage notification
As of Sept. 5, access to ETS will be changing for active employees and you won’t need your ETS PIN anymore. The good news is you don’t need to do anything, just log to Aeronet as you normally would, then click on the ‘Travel’ tab under the Corporate Tools section to access ETS.
To prepare for this change, a full outage will take place between 10 p.m. ET on Sept. 4 and end just after 12 a.m. on Sept. 5.
During that time you will be unable to access ETS, book, modify or cancel any PNR.
Please arrange any upcoming travel with this in mind.
Important: Access for JAZZ, ACV employees or Air Canada retirees remains the same, no change.
